The Undergraduate Research Program in Biology provides an opportunity to learn the process of science and thereby apply knowledge that has been gained in classes. Students work under the direction of a faculty member engaged in biological research for at least two semesters. You may take up to 4 credits of Biology 499R per semester, but only 4 credits of Biology 499R may be used to satisfy requirements towards a Biology major.
The Director of Undergraduate Research is Dr. Rachelle Spell, Room 2015, O, Wayne Rollins Research Center, 404-727-5828.
