Half-Center Oscillator model (HCO) The HCO model was implemented in Genesis 2.3. You can download our Genesis package, which includes the objects used to implement the mediated and graded synapses of the model interneurons from here. Note: The SynG.c file has been corrected from the above version. Click here to download the corrected SynG.c file. This file should be put into the folder: yourgenesis/src/newconn/ However, if you want to use this file you need to override the old one with this new one, and then you need to re-compile the Genesis package for these changes to take effect.
